Courtney Strifler, NP

Courtney has lived in Orange County most of her life and grew up in Mission Viejo. She attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA where she graduated with honors with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012. She returned to Orange County after graduation and worked in the surgical intensive care unit at Mission Hospital until moving to Texas in 2015. She continued to work in surgical trauma intensive care while completing her Masters of Science in Nursing from Duke University. She graduated magna cum laude in 2017 and became a board certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She worked in Texas as a nurse practitioner with trauma and acute care surgery at a level 1 trauma center for a year before returning home to Orange County. She currently works as a nurse practitioner for Dr. Vikas Rao and Dr. Ched Nwagwu.
She lives in San Clemente and enjoys caring for people, reading, hiking, swimming and spending quality time with her husband, Tim, and German short-haired pointer, Murphy.
